I started Mental Edge Consulting with one goal: to help athletes discover what they are truly capable of and build mental skills that support them — not only in sport, but in life beyond it. Over the years, I have grown and adapted, but that mission remains at the heart of everything I do and guides how I show up for the athletes I work with every day.
Mental Edge Consulting was built on a strong belief in the power of mindset. It’s a space where athletes can cultivate confidence, resilience, and the mental tools needed to perform at their best — both in competition and in everyday training.
I first discovered mental skills training while preparing for my US Figure Skating Gold Singles test. Anxiety often got the best of me, and I struggled to perform in the moment despite strong practice sessions.
Determined to succeed, I immersed myself in mental training by setting mini goals, visualizing success, and practicing with intention. The tools I learned, from focus strategies to consistent routines, helped me not only pass the test but also approach challenges in sport and life with confidence.
That experience drives my commitment to helping athletes develop mental skills early, so they have the tools to thrive not only in moments of struggle, but throughout their athletic journey and beyond.
At Mental Edge Consulting, I work with athletes across a wide range of sports and stages — whether you’re playing for fun, pursuing a scholarship, or training at an elite level.
